Jason Judd is a Curator at University Galleries of Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. Previously he was Art Editor for Bite Magazine (online, non-profit project) and Co-Director of Make-Space (a Chicago based artist-run organization) from 2010 to 2015. He has also served as Registrar at the Rockford Art Museum, Exhibitions Assistant at Chicago Artists Coalition, and Curatorial Intern at Gallery 400, University of Illinois Chicago.

Judd provides smart, engaging, yet challenging creative programming and art to the Central Illinois community and beyond. Through the spirit of collaboration and grassroots/DIY organization, and outside of his professional curating, Judd collaborates with university students, community members, and regional alternative projects and exhibition spaces with the goal of developing more inclusive perspectives while expanding dialog between Central Illinois community and contemporary art practices.

Judd approaches curating, teaching, organizing and collaborating with a sense of sincerity, inclusion, experimentation, and resourcefulness.
